What really does happen when the lights go off? For AHOLD (one of the most significant retail corporations in the Netherlands) this means their Business Continuity Management program clicks into place. As the process is not easy to follow for the average viewer, we chose an active interview style combined with a powerful visual metaphor to push the film into an unexpected yet familiar context.
