A lyrical portrait of the food writer and journalist Janneke Vreugdenhil as she goes in search of inspiration to create a dish that reflects her current mood. Janneke is really inquisitive and unconventional, the perfect qualities that make a good journalist. I was inspired by how she uses influences not directly linked to food as a departure point for a culinary journey.
